 Poor Minimum Wage Lead U.S Nurses To Strike

On Monday 12 September, private sector nurses strike in U.S with the some of 15,000 workers in hospitals across Minnesota and Wisconsin demanding a condusive working condition and higher wages of payment.

According to them, strike in United States have occurred regularly over the past years, employee reporting to be exhausted by working during the pandemic and struggling with price rises.

The spokesman for the Minnesota Nurses Association who was coordinating the action says, the strike will last till Thursday morning.

Holding signs bearing messages such as, "patients before profits," employees gathered up in group in the early hours of the day to protest outs6sime of the 16 affected hospitals, according to photographs the union posted online.
