In 2022, I dropped my debut track, "Again Obulu Baba," marking the beginning of my musical journey. Hailing from Uromi Esan land in Nigeria, but raised in the bustling city of Lagos, my name is Helen Omheaka. Since childhood, I've been immersed in the melodies of the divine, finding solace and purpose in God's grace.

 

From my early days in the children's choir, music became my sanctuary. Little did I know, my path would lead me to become a singer-songwriter. However, amidst the highs, I faced a moment of public disgrace, drowning in pain and shame. But in a divine encounter, God spoke to me, lifting my burdens and igniting a fire within. Thus, "Solid Rock I Stand" was born, an album stemming from my unwavering faith and newfound purpose.
