The idea to revamping the track came from renowned producer Pat4Peace, who saw it as a perfect opportunity to celebrate Calabar’s vibrant culture. He suggested that adding the star power of South-South’s top rappers, Upper X and Youngbone, would elevate the song and draw more attention.

Effiom was thrilled by the idea and quickly reached out to both artists. But what he didn’t expect was the steep price tag—500,000 Naira each—to have them on the track. Shocked by the demands, Effiom expressed his disappointment, feeling the request was excessive given the cultural significance of the project.
