Tonto Dikeh: Leaving My Marriage Was the Best Decision I've Ever Made

Tonto Dikeh recently shared that walking away from her marriage to Olakunle Churchill was the best decision she ever made. In an Instagram post, she revealed that she left the marriage to protect herself and her son from a challenging situation.

 

This statement was part of her response to a fellow single mother who asked how Dikeh coped after her ex left.

Dikeh emphasized that it was her choice to leave the marriage, not the other way around. She encouraged the woman to invest in herself and commit to personal growth, advising single mothers to seek strength from God and maintain privacy regarding family matters.

Her marriage to Churchill, which ended in 2017, was marked by allegations of infidelity and domestic violence. Despite the divorce, their ongoing social media disputes continue, with Dikeh accusing Churchill of being an absentee father, while he claims she has denied him access to their son.
